The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It Trailer

conjuring3

After several spin-offs, The Conjuring franchise returns this year with another mainline installment called The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson once again reprise their roles as paranormal investigators Lorraine and Ed Warren tackling a real case from the early ’80s that led to the first ever murder trial in the U.S. where demonic possession was used as a defense. Because of this, it looks like a slightly different kind of Conjuring film and it is also the first one without James Wan at the helm. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is directed by Michael Chaves (The Curse of La Llorona) and it arrives in theatres and on HBO Max on June 4th; check out the first trailer below and let us know what you think

I quite like this model of having big movies every few years and smaller spin-offs in the meantime it works quite well for horror. Can’t wait to see Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson again.
