HBO’s Allen v. Farrow Trailer

The trailer for Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering’s upcoming documentary series Allen v. Farrow has arrived online alongside initial reviews just a few days before it is set to debut on HBO. The four-part mini-series revisits the sexual abuse allegations against Woody Allen with new investigative work and never-before-seen footage in addition to finally giving Dylan Farrow a chance to tell her story. Allen does not take part, which is probably not surprising, and instead is represented primarily through excerpts from his memoir. What impact this will have on the public perception of the case remains to be seen, but Dick and Ziering have a pretty solid reputation from hard-hitting docs like Outrage, The Invisible War and The Hunting Ground. Allen v. Farrow premieres on Feb. 21st at 9 pm EST; check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.

A quick peek at Wikipedia shows Farrow has 14 kids – WTF.

Seriously, I don’t think I can stomach watching this doc, but would love to her others’ thoughts and reviews on the story.
