New to Streaming and VOD This Week: Pieces of a Woman, Pretend It’s a City, Tiger
This week’s digital and VOD releases include a new film directed by Spielberg’s long-time cinematographer Janusz Kaminski (American Dream), a WWI drama that is also Latvia’s entry to the 2021 Oscars (The Rifleman) as well as a long lost ’80s horror sequel that is only now seeing the light of day (Grizzly II: The Revenge). Netflix has also has a handful of new releases including awards season contender Pieces of a Woman and the Martin Scorsese-directed documentary series Pretend It’s a City, but the thing that everyone will actually be watching is History of Swear Words starring Nicolas Cage. HBO also has part 1 of their Tiger Woods documentary Tiger and the Spanish horror series 30 Coins while Apple TV+ has the second season of Dickinson starring Hailee Steinfeld.
