I’m loving the animation of the trailer for Soul, crossing my fingers it’s a good flick.

In WW84, I think I realized why the story put Steve Trevor in some “random” guy’s body. At first, I thought it could be a Trancers scenario where characters used descendants’ bodies to time travel into the future, which would’ve been cool. The movie doesn’t outright explain it, but I think this is a perfect example of DC showing not telling..unlike Marvel.

    **Spoiler**
In the end, Diana meets the actual guy and he’s wearing the exact outfit she put together for Steve. They have a little connection and he isn’t a creep to her like the rest of the men in the movie. So basically, I think he and his body were chosen for Steve because this is the guy who Diana would have been dating at the time, if she wasn’t such a loner. So the crystal is Match.com. That’s my two cents.

Still a mess of a movie. Still liked it overall, though.

The soundboard is here to stay.

The biggest crime of WW84 is the lack of physics involved with the lasso. She throws it, and it does not go where it should. She whips it, and it does not go where it would. She snaps it, and it does not end up where it could. Does it have some kind of consciousness?

Wonder Woman 1984 was shot on film, so grain is to be expected. And they probably used either a certain film stock or lenses to give it a certain look.

Also, not sure why Gal Gadot’s name is pronounced “Gado” by most English speakers. It’s not a French name and the T isn’t supposed to be silent. It’s “Gadot” with a hard T at the end. So in other words, Gal Gadot isn’t the same as Brigitte Bardot.
