Leap of Faith: William Friedkin on The Exorcist Trailer

If you’re a fan of William Friedkin just as much as you are a fan of the movies he has made, you’ll be happy to hear that Shudder has acquired the exclusive streaming rights to the upcoming documentary Leap of Faith: William Friedkin on The Exorcist. Directed by Alexandre O. Philippe, the movie continues Philippe’s series of documentaries about iconic horror movies that started with 78/52 (about Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho) and Memory: The Origins of Alien. This particular doc is built almost entirely out of a lively conversation with Friedkin himself and, as always, he proves to be a compelling on-screen personality. It’s another solid addition to Shudder’s line-up of non-fiction offerings which serve as an ideal complement to the rest of their genre programming. Leap of Faith: William Friedkin on The Exorcist arrives on Shudder on Nov. 19th; check out the trailer below and see what you think.

Reading the post title I thought it’s Friedkin‘s thoughts on the Exorcist trailer. Now THAT would be a solid doc.

Looks good, but can’t afford it.
