Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous Teaser Trailer
Just like they did last year with Fast & Furious Spy Racers, Netflix is set to launch another new DreamWorks animated series aimed at pulling a younger audience into a popular Universal movie franchise. (What’s next… Bourne Babies?) Of course, considering how much kids love dinosaurs it’s a bit surprising there was never a Jurassic Park cartoon in the first place (a quick Google reveals there was one in the works in the early 90s but it got cancelled). Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is a CG animated series that revolves around six teenagers trapped in an adventure camp on the other side of Isla Nublar while the events of the first Jurassic World film are taking place. Scott Kreamer (Pinky Malinky) and Lane Lueras (Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny) are the showrunners while Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall and Colin Trevorrow are listed as executive producers. Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous arrives on Netflix on Sept. 18th; check out the first teaser below and let us know what you think.
