    Jay’s such a Stowehead.

Speaking of memorable movie merch, we cannot forget about the infamous Sigma C3PO Tape Dispenser. Def-inite-ly a buuuuuuy! but obviously unofficial.

I see Jay just got ambushed by Scott Weinberg on Twitter about showing the stunt gone wrong in Twilight Zone: The Movie. Don’t worry, Jay. He does that. Did it to me once, actually! He’s just starved for attention.

Cannibal Holocaust predates The McPherson Tapes by 9 years.

You’re missing an important distinction: one is a film about found footage and the other is a found footage film.

  • gibson8

Having not seen The McPherson Tapes I have to concede that this subtle distinction may have some merit. I mention ‘Holocaust merely because it seems to be a bit overlooked when the origins of found footage is discussed.

Not sure if this has been said before, but Jay’s reviews really need to be reeled in. It kind of sounds like a bit, but an unfunny one. Just stating the whole plot, both tells us nothing about what he thought and also spoils the movie at the same time. Most of the time, I really don’t care. But this episode it stood out because he ended up recommending Unlawful Entry to everyone.
Jay, I love you, but can you give more points about why you did or didn’t like the films and stop just reciting a plot summary.
