No discussion of Carole Baskin and whether she did it?!? Are you guys scared of the cool cats and kittens army?

  • OsoDuck

Nice work on the April Fool’s joke. You got me.

  • devolutionary

I expected “Reeding Rainbow” from Mr. Farrington to be the April Fools Days prank but totally assumed there would be no podcast this week. Frank’s Internet reliability is on high alert!

  • MartyMcFlyJr

yeah I thought there would be a spoiler discussion with this one for sure.

  • Sam

“Cum Dempster” legitimately made laugh very loudly.

    me, too. hardcore. ????

your competitors over at /film reviewed “cursed films”:

Looking forward to finally catching Cursed Films on Shudder today. Jay may have thought of this idea, but Shudder has had that Live TV push option since inauguration (at least in Canada). It’s a great feature but personally I found it annoying how they implemented it; especially on their Streaming apps. I know that Shoutfactory TV implemented their own Live Channel feed in conjunction with Pluto and other live services last year.

Despite having to spoiler-skip the Tiger King content of an already short episode, this was an all-timer. May we all love someone in our lives as much as Frank hates Sonic.

Absolutely loved Cursed Films – The Exorcist. Jay makes it flow like fine wine. I plan on making my family watch tomorrow. There is no reason why every Film Junk fan on the planet shouldn’t sign up for Shudder as soon as humanely possible and watch this series. It’s a treat.

Film Junk and its series That we will turn our heads, I know that I am going to spend my happy quarantine while the others are dedicated to reading and meditating hehehehe and 123

I hadn’t heard anyone mention Keanu Reeves for a while until Frank decided to spew his hate juices again ????

  • I would assume that maybe The Platform might have fared better if you hadn’t watched it as a Netflix Party with a live chat next to it. As mentioned during the Party a subtitled film probably isn’t the best choice for that medium.

(That being said I had seen The Platform already before the Party and wasn’t blown by it then either.)

I am yet to catch up on the continuation of Twin Peaks (and not sure when I will), so not listening to these shows, but I would LOVE a TNG show, I am just looking for excuses to re-watch more episodes. It’s almost a no-brainer to revisit this show now that the horribly mediocre Star Trek Picard wrapped up. We need to be reminded how real Star Trek looks and feels, and most importantly, how it’s written.

Also, what’s going on with Frank’s watch of the original Twilight Zone? It was mentioned offhandedly in one of the last episodes and I immediately took notice because I’m doing the same (but for me it’s technically a rewatch even though I don’t remember 90 percent of the episodes). Maybe we can get a Twilight Zone show as well when he’s done :-)))))

yeah, v surprised no spoiler discussion and most of the crew gave it 5 stars. you could start an entire series of episodes covering each character and allegation;)
