Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet Trailer: An Apple TV+ Comedy Series Set in the World of Game Development

Apple TV+ will debut its first full-blown comedy series next month with the arrival of Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet. Created by Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Megan Ganz (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), the show looks like it is trying to be Silicon Valley for the game development world. The plot revolves around a narcissistic creative director (played by McElhenney himself) who is eager to take credit for everyone else’s work at a game studio responsible for a globally successful MMORPG. The cast also includes F. Murray Abraham, Danny Pudi, Imani Hakim, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Ashly Burch and Jessie Ennis and the show is produced by Ubisoft Film and Television, so perhaps there will be some added authenticity. Either way, I’m willing to give this a shot even if I’m not a huge fan of It’s Always Sunny. Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet premieres on Feb. 7th; check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.

Seems tailor made for you guys. Seems a little 1 dimensional , though. What kept silicon valley interesting was the constant highs and lows.
