A couple of months ago, Apple unveiled some initial details for their upcoming streaming service Apple TV+ along with an impressive list of original projects in development. Now this week we are getting our first look at one of those shows: For All Mankind. Created and written by Ronald D. Moore (Battlestar Galactica), the show imagines an alternate history where the Soviet Union put the first man on the moon and the global space race never ended. With a cast that includes Joel Kinnaman, Michael Dorman, Sarah Jones, Wrenn Schmidt, Shantel VanSanten and Jodi Balfour, the show looks to tap into some of the NASA nostalgia being stirred up by the 50th anniversary of the moon landing and recent movies like First Man, Apollo 11 and Armstrong (it also seems a bit similar to the Hulu series The First). For All Mankind arrives sometime this fall; check out the first trailer after the jump and see what you think.
