  • Seeing a lot of people saying Thrones is really dropping the ball, can’t wait to hear Frank do a 180 and say the show is the best it’s ever been!

I think it’s still good but there’s been a clear step down since they passed the books

Everybody who watched the episode via streaming experienced the same quality issues. It had nothing to do with the principal photography, but had everything to do with bad compression for the streaming services. It probably looked fine on the HBO channel in realtime and will look fine on Blu Ray. It’s an interesting case study that highlights the current limitations of streaming technology.

Yet another undisputed bunch of pathetic losers on the net.

Wouldn’t have to be half the cows etc, could be all the cows and none of the birds or whatever. Just half the living things in the universe, wouldn’t necessarily be half of each creature. Would still fuck things up though”

Fully agree. Why else does Hawkeye lose ALL of his family?! His wife, daughter, and two sons. That’s four snapped while he – just one survives.

Agreed. I always listen to the pods pre-film, then post-film.

  • I remember a huge response to the dusting of these characters, fans emotional and the ending was treated as a ballsy move for Marvel. Then they go ahead and say it’ll be undone right there in the plot blurb. Not shocking to me, comics do it constantly, but just makes the ending of Infinity War even more limp.

Even China hates Game of Thrones.
