Monday Morning Box Office Report: How to Train Your Dragon Goes Out on a High Note

The How to Train Your Dragon series soared to new heights over the weekend as How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World opened with $55.5 million, the best debut yet for the series (and the best opening of the year so far). In second place, Alita: Battle Angel dropped 58% to take another $12 million, followed by The Lego Movie 2 in third with $10 million. The WWE film Fighting with My Family opened in fourth with a disappointing $8 million while Isn’t It Romantic rounded out the top 5.
