Full List of 2019 Oscars Winners

2019oscarwinners

Well despite all of the problems and controversy leading up to the event, this year’s Academy Awards ceremony went off essentially without a hitch. The host-less format made for a more streamlined and faster-paced (if somewhat unmemorable) telecast, but as for whether they chose the right winners, well that remains to be seen. Green Book came away with Best Picture, which shouldn’t have been a surprise but kind of was, although Alfonso Cuaron still ended up with Best Director. Most of the acting awards went as expected, although Olivia Colman was a surprise winner over “near lock” Glenn Close. Bohemian Rhapsody won the most awards overall, taking home four in total. What did you think of this year’s Oscars? Check out the full list of nominees and winners after the jump.

  • Stone Edwards

I’m still in shock over that best picture…that was an upset in the worst way :(

  • Blake in Boston

    Cinema is dead.

  • devolutionary

For a show without a bonafide host, I’m amazed it only broke 3 hours. The long presentations and acceptance speeches made it feel longer. Major inconsistency on cutting speeches short with exit music too. Maybe reading glasses will come back into vogue?

  • The Life Aquatic with Mahershala Ali

  • Newtman98

I love that Peter Farrelly is an oscar winner now.

  • Ed Spillane

    Who won our pool?

  • Jake

Better yet, a two time Oscar winner. ;)

  • Lisa V Benson

Missed having a host. Maybe next year?
