Just in time to get it in front of audiences with The Avengers: Infinity War this weekend, Sony has released a brand new trailer for their upcoming Spider-Man spin-off Venom starring Tom Hardy. The good news is that they have responded to the criticism that Venom himself was notably absent from the first trailer by adding 100% more Venom this time around. There is plenty to see here including some intriguing action sequences and some hints of horror as well. We also get to see Riz Ahmed as potential villain Carlton Drake, although Woody Harrelson is nowhere to be seen (neither is Tom Holland, but that was to be expected). Venom is directed by Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland) and it hits theatres on Oct. 5th; check out the new trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.
