New to Theatres This Weekend: Super Troopers 2, I Feel Pretty, Traffik

It’s the calm before the storm as it should be a relatively quiet weekend at multiplexes before The Avengers: Infinity War hits next week. A Quiet Place is expected to repeat at #1 as two comedies compete for the top spot among new releases. Amy Schumer’s I Feel Pretty seems likely to have the most success even though critics have not been kind to the film, while the Broken Lizard sequel Super Troopers 2 is expecting a modest debut limited to hardcore fans of the 2002 original. Also in semi-wide release we have the Paula Patton / Omar Epps thriller Traffik. In select theatres, look for the William Friedkin documentary The Devil and Father Amorth and the indie UK horror film Ghost Stories (which is also now on VOD). What will you be watching this weekend?
