The Spy Who Dumped Me Trailer Starring Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon

Following up on the success of Paul Feig’s Spy starring Melissa McCarthy, this summer Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon will also lead an espionage-themed action-comedy of their own called The Spy Who Dumped Me. The story finds the duo playing best friends who get pulled into an undercover mission when they discover that one of their ex-boyfriends (Justin Theroux) is a spy with a group of assassins on his tail. Directed by Susanna Fogel (Life Partners) and co-written by David Iserson (Saturday Night Live, Mr. Robot), the movie was originally supposed to hit theatres in July but got pushed back a month apparently due to extremely positive test screenings. Clearly they are hoping this will be the Girls Trip of the summer (as opposed to a Rough Night or Snatched). The Spy Who Dumped Me co-stars Sam Heughan, Gillian Anderson and Hasan Minhaj and it hits theatres on Aug. 3rd.
