RLM’s recent experience seeing Thor: Ragnarok is exactly why I don’t go to the theater to see certain films anymore – because of the varied audience they draw.

I will stick to the niche films, like my viewing of Blade Runner 2049 which was spectacular due to the audience appreciation of the visuals and story-telling.

Regardless of quality, I should hope a Justice League movie can make at least as much money as Thor 3.

I also assume the creative/studio controversies are generally unknown to the average person.

I’m very interested to see how JLA will perform. Will the bright sheen of Wonder Woman carry over into JLA movie? Or will all the creative and studio controversy sink the movie?

Thor has expanded the Marvel audience…will JLA shrink the DC audience?
