I believe this is all brand new footage shot to look like a Romanian TV show.

I think it was called What’s up Tiger Lily? A Japanese espionage movie, I think, that Woody overdubbed and turning it into a comedy. I don’t think it was out on any video format other than VHS. I remember watching it as a little kid and thinking it was hilarious. Thanks for older sisters and cousins cause it was rated R and I couldn’t rent it. Anyway this amazon show kind of reminds me of that.
