    Toy Story, Speed, and the first X-Men movie were also polished up by Joss Whedon. My faint hope is that he can bridge the divide between Marvel and DC movie fans. Whedon’s effect on the Justice League movie’s look and feel will be minimal.

    Regarding subtitles vs English with an accent, the original Star Wars trilogy had the subtitles for alien languages while the prequels had all of the controversial accents.

    Jay seems a little more picky with his home theater set-up so hopefully he will reveal what equipment he uses with his OLED TV.

    I agree, what the hell? I honestly was not expecting nudity but if you’re going to put a dick in there along with The Rock, and Effron shirtless then give the male audience something as well. Where’s the equality?

    When I am watching a film I am not thinking “Well, in the past 10 years 3,305 movies have had boobs in them while 1,059 had dicks. So lack of boobs in THIS movie is okay.”

    Man I love it when Singe & Scott are on the show. What a dynamic duo.

    I used to watch Baywatch a lot as a kid since we didn’t have a ton of channels so I watched whatever was on the tv pretty much. Anyone know if Donna D’Errico is in the movie? I know she did some promotion for it and I’ll be fucked if she doesn’t look better than ever. Puts these new girls to shame.

    I love Dinner For Five. It was the only reason to have IFC back in the day. That was one of the best things, just a bunch of random celebrities shooting the shit over dinner. They should reboot it.

    Sounds like Baywatch was a missed opportunity. I would love to see a Baywatch meets Top Gun take on it rather than a straight comedy.

    While Scott and Singe have been great on their previous appearances, it really felt like Scott was starting to feel more comfortable on the podcast this time around. He’s gone from Singe’s plus one to a fantastic guest in his own right and I would love for you guys to consider having him back every now and then even if Singe is busy or hasn’t seen any movies. Scott knows his stuff and has the same bad habit of buying tons of junk like you guys which makes for great podcast discussion. I need a follow up on his cup purchases.

    i think i hate nothing more than fake foreign accents in movies (if the movie is set in a foreign country as opposed to a foreigner living in britain or north america, obviously), so i agree with frank: forget about it and let the actors speak their own language, without accents. movies like “child 44″ just become completely ridiculous this way.
