Although Iron Fist debuted on Netflix to some pretty harsh reviews a couple of months ago, that certainly hasn’t stopped Marvel from moving forward with their upcoming team-up series The Defenders. The show brings together Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist to take on a dangerous clan of assassins known as The Hand. The first full trailer for the show has debuted online this week and it promises (among other things) the return of Elektra, a dust up between Luke Cage and Iron Fist, and, yes, another hallway fight. I haven’t really been following this corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it doesn’t seem like this is really upping the ante as much as I would have expected. The Defenders arrives on Netflix on Aug. 18th; check out the trailer after the jump and see what you think.
