We’re one week away from the summer movie season officially kicking off with Captain America: Civil War, but until then The Jungle Book is going to keep right on rolling. The new releases hitting theatres this weekend are relatively low key (no pun intended) with Key & Peele’s Keanu likely to win out over Garry Marshall’s latest holiday-themed romantic comedy Mother’s Day and the Ratchet & Clank CG animated movie. In select theatres, we also have Jason Bateman’s The Family Fang, the acclaimed Cuban drama Viva and Term Life starring Vince Vaughn and Hailee Steinfeld (which is also on VOD) along with the IMAX documentary A Beautiful Planet narrated by Jennifer Lawrence.
