There’s no question that Disney’s live-action version of The Jungle Book is the biggest release of the week and with rave reviews across the board it seems to be on track for one of the biggest April openings ever. Also hitting theatres this weekend we have Barbershop: The Next Cut, which is expected to be the biggest in the series, and Criminal starring Kevin Costner, which is arriving with considerably less fanfare. In select theatres, we also have Jeremy Saulnier’s punk rock thriller Green Room, John Carney’s latest musical drama Sing Street, and the Bollywood thriller Fan (not to be confused with Tony Scott’s The Fan).
