Following up on the teaser trailer that was released back in December, Disney has finally released a full trailer for Steven Spielberg’s upcoming adaptation of Roald Dahl’s The BFG. Previously we had only seen a few quick glimpses of the giant himself, but this trailer gives us a much better look at the titular character, voiced and performed by Mark Rylance (Bridge of Spies). It also briefly sets up the conflict between The BFG and the other giants; something tells me that they will not drink human blood like they do in the original book. The BFG co-stars Ruby Barnhill, Penelope Wilton, Rebecca Hall, Bill Hader and Jemaine Clement and it hits theatres on July 1st. Check out the new trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.
