We’ve got a decent assortment of new releases hitting DVD and Blu-ray this week starting with the Academy Award-nominated drama Spotlight, hoping to capitalize on some exposure this Sunday. Other major releases include Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur, Billy Ray’s remake of the Oscar-winning Argentinian thriller Secret in their Eyes, and VOD action flick Extraction starring Bruce Willis. We’ve also got Louie Psihoyos’ follow-up to The Cove, Racing Extinction, plus Entertainment starring Gregg Turkington and the second season of FX’s Fargo. There’s some great stuff on Blu-ray as well including Criterion’s re-release of The Graduate, The Big Sleep and Key Largo starring Bogart and Bacall, plus Wes Craven’s 1988 zombie flick The Serpent and the Rainbow.
