Just in case Dirty Grandpa and Neighbors 2 don’t meet your quota for R-rated party comedies starring Zac Efron, we’ve got yet another one to add to the pile. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates finds Efron and Adam DeVine (Workaholics) playing two bros who desperately need dates for their sister’s wedding in Hawaii. Unfortunately for them, a pair of party girls (Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza) hatch a plan to con their way into their hearts and proceed to run wild on the festivities. Directed by Jake Szymanski (7 Days in Hell), the movie also happens to be written by Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien, the duo behind both Neighbors movies. Clearly they are milking this trend for all its worth. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates hits theatres on July 8th; check out the trailer after the jump and see what you think.
