After releasing their first feature-length film earlier this month with the critically acclaimed Beasts of No Nation, Netflix is also preparing to offer up something a little less high brow with the first of four original movies produced by Adam Sandler and his Happy Madison Productions. As you can probably guess, The Ridiculous 6 is a loose parody of The Magnificent Seven and westerns in general and it features an insanely eclectic cast that includes the likes of Taylor Lautner, Terry Crews, Rob Schneider, Luke Wilson, Jorge Garcia, Steve Buscemi, Norm MacDonald, Danny Trejo, Will Forte, Nick Nolte, Steve Zahn, David Spade, Chris Parnell and Vanilla Ice (plus one or two women as well). The movie generated controversy earlier this year when several Native American extras walked off the set, but Sandler is confident that it was all just a misunderstanding.
