Although Antoine Fuqua’s Southpaw was a bit of a disappointment this past summer, we still have another boxing movie to look forward later this year with the Rocky spin-off Creed. Directed by Ryan Coogler (Fruitvale Station), the movie stars Michael B. Jordan as Apollo Creed’s son Adonis Johnson who is looking to follow in his father’s footsteps. Rocky Balboa steps up to become his trainer, and although the first trailer was slow to unveil Stallone’s involvement, this new trailer makes it look like he has a lot more screen time than originally anticipated. Creed hits theatres on Nov. 25th; check out the new trailer after the jump and see what you think.
