Arriving just in time to play in theatres with Straight Outta Compton, here is the first trailer for Ice Cube’s next movie, Ride Along 2. The first Ride Along was a surprise hit last January thanks in large part to the inspired pairing of Ice Cube and Kevin Hart, but now they are looking to up the ante by adding a few other names to the cast including Ken Jeong, Olivia Munn and Tyrese Gibson (although the latter is only a cameo). This time around Hart’s character has somehow become a full-fledged cop and they are heading to Miami to take down a drug kingpin (Benjamin Bratt). Ride Along 2 hits theatres on Jan. 15th; check out the trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.
