There aren’t any particularly huge releases this week on DVD and Blu-ray, but there are still a few interesting titles that you may have missed on VOD or in select theatres. The zombie drama Maggie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Abigail Breslin is one of a few recent genre flicks arriving today along with Kill Me Three Times starring Simon Pegg and The Town That Dreaded Sundown reboot / sequel. Other noteworthy titles include the acclaimed western Slow West starring Michael Fassbender, Ben Mendelsohn and Kodi Smit-McPhee, UK action thriller ’71 starring Jack O’Connell and the lobbyist documentary Merchants of Doubt. Non-Netflix subscribers also finally get the third season of House of Cards, while Blu-ray releases include ’80s giant robot film Robot Jox, ’90s VR thriller Virtuosity, David Spade comedy Joe Dirt, and Ned Kelly starring Mick Jagger.
