Kung Fury Officially Released on YouTube
The ultimate crowdfunded homage to ’80s action movies is finally here. David Sandberg’s tongue-in-cheek Kung Fury has officially been released on YouTube after taking Kickstarter by storm back in December of 2013 where it raised over $630,000. That was quite a bit more than their original goal, although it did not meet their budgetary requirements for a feature-length film. In the end, Sandberg and his crew have delivered a 30 minute short film about a renegade cop who travels back in time to kill Hitler (and yeah, maybe it’s for the best that it wasn’t feature-length). Anyway, the good news is that you can now watch Kung Fury in its entirety on YouTube free of charge; check out the movie after the jump and let us know what you think.
