New to Theatres This Weekend: Hot Pursuit, The D Train, Maggie

The Avengers: Age of Ultron should continue to bring in some serious cash in its second weekend as there aren’t any major releases entering the ring with the exception of Hot Pursuit, the action-comedy starring Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara. Clearly the movie is trying to replicate the success of The Heat, but something tells me it will probably fall short. The only other movie opening on over 1000 screens is The D Train, a dark comedy starring Jack Black and James Marsden. In select theatres and on VOD we also have the Arnold Schwarzenegger zombie flick Maggie; other movies in limited release include the documentary I Am Big Bird and a crime thriller called Skin Trade starring Dolph Lundgren and Tony Jaa.
