I much rather prefer something a little offbeat like this than going with a traditional interpretation. And I don’t know anything about the Suicide Squad comic so that’s keeps me open to anything I guess.

I do think she’ll look better in the actual film. In fact I’d be shocked if she didn’t. Like I said in another comment, why cast a stunner like Cara only to make her look like shit, doesn’t make sense so I’m sure she’ll look different at some point. I also agree that it doesn’t quite fit in with the DC look right now, but there are ways of making the characters look reminiscent to the comics without going full out. In this picture she just looks like she’s lived in garbage for a week.

I am interested to see how Cara’s acting career plays out actually. Haven’t seen any of her acting yet, but I’m sure she’ll be fine. She seems to be fairly talented person, she can sing and play drums and a bit of guitar as well as I understand, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s a decent actress as well.

Nah. Ignoring who they cast for a moment, a Kirby-esque look just wouldn’t fit in with how all the movies are looking. She would look like January Jones as Emma Frost or some shit. That would look like complete stupid bullshit.

Besides, maybe she will take a shower at some point in the movie and look better?
