While we’re at it, here’s one more summer blockbuster trailer to throw into the mix. I think this is the third trailer that has been released for Jurassic World but I’ve kind of lost count… at any rate, it definitely features the most dinosaur action we’ve seen to date including our first look at the highly intelligent genetically modified dinosaur that turns the park into a hunting ground. Clever girl. It does look a lot more like an action movie than the original film did with the park staff throwing as much firepower as they can muster at the giant lizard. Whether fans will miss Spielberg’s somewhat softer touch remains to be seen. Jurassic World hits theatres on June 12th; check out the latest trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.

    Is it my imagination or does that look badass…boring! Man talk about digging up dinosaurs! This movies has every major plot cliche from the past century! sheesh this seems more like a stay at home netflix night to me!

    I don’t think it looks that great. Instead of looking like something fresh, it looks like Jurassic Park IV. If that makes sense.

    And another “they’re smart” routine? News flash, dinosaurs were pretty dumb. Not smarter than humans. Not smarter than dogs. Maybe as smart as a chicken. Is Chicken World coming next summer? Mmmm, chicken. Lost my train of thought, oh yeah, so did that trailer.

    It looks so ugly visually, like Crystal Skull bad. It kills me that a Jurassic Park movie in 2015 has to look 3x faker than the original

    This is a popcorn flick: a chase movie. People chasing dinosaurs, dinosaurs chasing people. Lots of chasing, filled with all the hallmark moving crane shots to exhibit the set pieces, medium close-up reaction shots, and swelling musical crescendos that tell us how we should feel.

    “Turn your brain off and enjoy some dinosaurs” is clearly the message of this movie, and the trailer (a disturbing trend in Hollywood that communicates key scenes from all the acts in the story) absolutely communicates this.

    Well now we know that nobody here is a real Jurassic Park fan, except maybe mr bandit manatee ha. And lets remember people, its a freaking! Movie! get over it. Not one single movie in Hollywood history has ever been accurate. And for those that complain about visual effects and what dinosaurs were really like, that think they know it all just cause their phones have google. Please be quiet and read the second line. It’s a movie! You know you are all going to see it anyway, cause americans are to dumb and stupid to stand by what they believe in. This generation of so called movie lovers is pathetic. Anyways longtime fan here, loved Jurassic Park. 2 and 3 were not the greatest but just to see dinosaurs come to life is so damn cool and I can’t wait till Jurassic World hits theaters. Oh and the CGI looks pretty good. The original movie obviously was more realistic or at least it felt like it. but either way both Jurassic Park, 2, 3 and Jurassic World are way better than crystal skull and those ridiculous crap fests on sifi. And to end this post finally. All movies that have come out for the past 80 years up until now are pure plot cliches. Peace!
