Back in 2009, Tom Six’s The Human Centipede (First Sequence) became a breakout indie horror hit thanks to its ridiculous premise and repulsive content. But while many people had a certain amount of fun with the original, his black-and-white sequel pushed things too far for many viewers, becoming annoying and aggressive instead. Now, true to his word, Tom Six is back to complete the trilogy with The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence) whether we want it or not.

The premise this time around involves a sadistic prison warden and his assistant who envision a 500 person centipede as the ultimate way to punish criminals. Actors Dieter Laser and Laurence R. Harvey return but as different characters, while Eric Roberts and porn star Bree Olson also have roles. For better or worse, the trailer makes this look like the most obviously comedic entry in the trilogy.
