This Week on DVD and Blu-ray: Interstellar, The Imitation Game, Wild

dvdinterstellar

There’s no question that the biggest release of the week is Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar, a sci-fi epic that probably deserves a few rewatches even if you saw it in theatres. Other new movies arriving on DVD and Blu-ray include the Alan Turing biopic The Imitation Game starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Wild starring Reese Witherspoon plus the Jason Statham flick Wild Card and Nicolas Cage’s latest VOD trash Outcast. TV releases include the first season of Silicon Valley and the third season of Veep and on Blu-ray we’ve got a new Diamond Luxe Edition of Gravity plus Hoop Dreams, the Cannon cult classic Allan Quatermain and the Lost City of Gold, and the Sherlock Holmes comedy Without a Clue starring Michael Caine and Ben Kingsley. What will you be picking up this week? Check out the list of new releases after the jump.

Without a Clue is great little movie, Frank could love it.

Saw Interstellar on Baby Blu and it is ………..great. Glad it´s not on 3-D.

  • Frankie Knuckles

The Walmart exclusive Bluray packaging for Interstellar is absolutely breathtaking.

Extra Material. Great Weight. Better Art. Magnetic Seal. DO IT

  • Just paid $40 for it from a scalper on eBay like a sucker. I hate myself.

  • Jameson

The Walmart one was sold out so I went with the Target Steelbook. Not as fancy but lower price and still a great package. The Film Cell is worth the price alone.
