Watched ’71 the other night and it’s a very tense and gripping watch, so would love you to review it!

Totally agree. Frank’s defence of non-readers was pathetic and to compare reading and watching films is an argument a child would devise to convince a parent to let them get their way. His blind devotion to the artistic corpse of Tim Burton also betrays this idiocy

Watched the jinx on your recommendation , during those last 2 episodes I genuinely had palpitations. Just great stuff, haven’t felt a physical reaction like that to something I’ve watched since I first saw the last half hour of seven at the cinema.

Got my USB in in NZ. This isn’t a judgement, cause it’s fricken 10 years of metadata, but trying the get this all catalogued right in iTunes is nuts. Something to do listening to the unaired Cantankerous :)

Jay was on fire this episode!

I could’ve sworn it was featured on Canadian Netflix 2 weeks ago but it’s no longer there. Cdn licensing issue maybe? Recall the same thing happening with Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa, though that was re-added awhile ago.

Super belated, but I got freaked when Durst started burping–flashed back to the projectile vomming at the end of Act of Killing. Similar reactions from similar, remorseless people?

  • Jinx spoilers: I assumed when Durst was talking to himself in the washroom he was looking at the picture of himself he had in his hand on the way out the door, and when he talks about himself in the third person, he means that guy smiling in the photograph.
