With the McConaissance and the Reesurgence behind us, who will be the next scorned actor to subvert expectations and revive their career? Could it be Keanu Reeves? Between John Wick and his directorial debut Man of Tai Chi, he seems to be regaining respect, and now he is starring in Eli Roth’s latest film Knock Knock. Will this movie continue the streak?

Early reviews coming out of Sundance seem to be fairly mixed, which, let’s face it, isn’t that surprising for Eli Roth. Knock Knock is a loose remake of the ’70s exploitation flick Death Game, where a pair of women seduce a businessman and then wreak havoc on his life. The movie doesn’t have U.S. distribution yet but Eli Roth has posted the first teaser on Facebook. Check out the trailer after the jump and see what you think.
