If you’ve been wondering what Finnish director Jalmari Helander might do to follow up his twisted holiday fairy tale Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale, the answer is right here. Big Game finds him reteaming with young Rare Exports star Onni Tommila for another Amblin-esque genre flick, this time offering up a PG-13 action-adventure inspired by Air Force One and Die Hard. Samuel L. Jackson plays the President of the United States, who receives help from a young teenage hunter after his plane is shot down by terrorists over the Finnish countryside. The movie earned positive reviews at TIFF last year and looks like preposterous fun. Big Game will hit theatres sometime in 2015; check out the first official trailer after the jump and see what you think.
