Well taking into account this is Film Junks website and Film Junks poll of Film Junks readers choice, then we are using Film Junks rules for that poll. Sean clearly said for it to be eligible it has to have a US Theatrical release.

So just because the movie was leaked early and you torrented it, that means it should be included in the list for 2014?
