Although the first trailer for Rob Marshall’s upcoming film Into the Woods felt like more of a rushed announcement teaser, this week Disney has unveiled a brand new full-length trailer to remind us that, yes, this is indeed a musical. Based on the Tony Award-winning musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine, the movie mashes up a bunch of Brothers Grimm fairy tales and ties them together with an original story that revolves around a witch (Meryl Streep) who places a curse on a baker and his wife (James Corden and Emily Blunt). With an all-star cast that also includes Anna Kendrick as Cinderella, Chris Pine as Prince Charming and Johnny Depp as The Wolf, it seems safe to assume that this will make a lot of money this holiday season.
