I only watched the first 10 minutes of the Rob Zombie reboot, but it contained one of my favorite (or maybe least favorite) moments of the franchise: the term “sweet little dumper.”

Surprised Frank and Sean didn’t catch the reference to the “stomach pounder” in Halloween 6, I believe. I forget what part in the movie exactly, but I remember Sean questioning what a “stomach pounder” was in when discussing The Fog in the Carpenter premium.

The main theme to ‘Halloween’ has always reminded me of the theme to ‘The Incredible Hulk’ TV show by Joe Harnell. Both properties came out in 1978. Both simple and effective.

I love horror movies and I have no problem with Frank’s points of view on the genre. As long as he does it in an entertaining way, what’s the harm?

This is a great episode. I would love to hear an episode on the SAW franchise. They’re made so close together and all exist in the same direct continuity that they feel like episodes in a miniseries, that helps ignore some of the awful writing. Some high moments in Saw 3, 5, and 6. Saw 1, 2, 4, and 7 suck.

Loved the Premium, but to hear Frank bash the entire horror genre over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over…….. for 3 hours straight is kind of grading and ultimately insulting to it´s fans.

Jay completely giving up on defending the genre and letting Frank (who clearly doesn´t know what he´s talking about) run wild with his prejudices and absurd generalizations is somehow even more dissapointing.
I´d love to hear another horror Premium one day, but if Frank just continues his agenda of trashing it every chance he gets, I´d rather pass.

Probably the best premium yet gents.
Sounds like Jay is going to talk Halloween III into a five star rating in a few years.
I recently bumped it from a 4.5 to a 5.
Just brilliant.
Finally someone noticed the Halloween II opening balcony fall platform.
But how can you not love the Meyers blind knife air swish climax?
