Although he took a big hit last year with After Earth, Will Smith is still generally considered one of the most bankable movie stars working today. So when a trailer for a new Will Smith film happens to be released, you take notice… even if the movie looks a little bit generic and bland. In this case, he plays a con man who teams up with Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street) to pull off the “big con” that will allow them both to retire. Unfortunately, things become complicated when their feelings for each other start to get in the way. Focus is written and directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (Crazy Stupid Love, I Love You Phillip Morris) and hits theatres on Feb. 27th; check out the first trailer after the jump and see what you think.
