I could point out at least 6 criminals that Batman killed in the Burton movies, including the criminals at the chemical factory that he bombed with his car, not to mention killing the Joker. In Batman Returns, I recall him totally shoving a pack of dynamite in a clowns pants before throwing him down a flight of stairs …. and yes the clown blew up. I recall Batman torching a “perp” with the Batmobiles turbo boosters.
