Merely snarking at the reviews which seem to hail this as a “comeback” for DF, given that she never went away; she just grew up and evolved her acting chops, which is what some of the editorials are expressing amazement at. I haven’t seen any of Twilight so I can’t speak to the quality of her contribution therein.

JE 31 – DF 20. You may be weirding on it because some reports argue that there is a “relationship” subtext between them in the movie and that there’s love-triangle tension exhibited with the principals because of it. Honestly, I did not get that there was anything remotely going on between JE and DF or that he was hoping it might. There’s a If-The-Trailer’s-A-Rockin scene but I never got a vibe from anyone that there were expectations beforehand or friction after. Some viewers just want to watch the world hook-up it seems!
