First Photos from The Avengers: Age of Ultron

At this point it’s pretty clear that 2015 is going to feature one of the biggest line-ups of blockbusters ever assembled. Movies like Fast & Furious 7, Jurassic World, Bond 24 and Star Wars: Episode VII should easily pull in more cash than anything released in theatres this year, but I think we can all agree that the movie to beat will be The Avengers: Age of Ultron, the official sequel to the third highest grossing movie of all time.

Up until now, we haven’t seen much from the movie, but with Comic-Con just one week away Disney and Marvel are finally starting to pull back the veil. EW has the first batch of photos from the film, most of which look like they could have been pulled directly from the last movie. Still, we do get a good look at Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, along with the main villain, Ultron. Are you psyched for The Avengers: Age of Ultron or will this just be more of the same? Check out the images after the jump and let us know what you think.

Wow, this version of Quicksilver look much, much worse than the one from X-Men.

  • Stinker

without the CG this could look like everything and nothing. Wait and see dear fanboy.

  • Jameson

They should’ve just done without Quicksilver, because there’s no way he’s gonna top the one in Days of Future Past.

So long as it’s 2hrs of The Hulk smashing things, its alright by me. Not sure I’m psyched but I’ll download a copy; legally.

  • Instead of an army of indistinguishable alien masses, is it now an army of indistinguishable robot masses?

  • Before I saw DOFP I thought that quicksilver looked really bad. So I’m going to go into it with an open mind.
