After unveiling the first photo of Ben Affleck as Batman along with the new Batmobile back in May, this week WB has given us our first official look at Henry Cavill in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Unlike the Batman pic, this one is in full colour, although that doesn’t make it look any less dreary. The USA Today article also contains some choice quotes from Zack Snyder including the fact that the new movie is “thicker, denser and more epic” than Man of Steel. Is that another crack at Batman’s weight? Snyder also says the “v” in the title is “to keep it from being a straight ‘versus’ movie, even in the most subtle way.” Okay, got it.
