After releasing a new TV spot a couple of weeks ago that offered our first glimpse at Splinter, this week Paramount has released another full trailer for the Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot that adds even more new stuff. While the majority of the footage is recycled from the first trailer, we do finally get a good look at Raphael and Donatello plus a few shadowy shots of the Shredder as well. The lack of additional action sequences really makes it feel like the FX work on this project is way behind schedule, but hey what else is new? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theatres on Aug. 8th; check out the new trailer and TV spot after the jump and let us know what you think.

    I have been completely TMNT-free my entire life, outside of that awesome multiplayer game at every arcade as a kid. I remember vaguely a couple movies in the 90’s that I figured were B-level nothings. So I checked the box office of the first one – 135 MILLION!!! Holy shit – it’s bizarre that some pop culture can completely fly under one’s personal radar…
