The show is set during the personal computer revolution of the 1980s, following a fictional company that is trying to develop a clone of the IBM PC. Lee Pace plays a fast-talking former IBM exec who teams up with a gifted engineer (Scoot McNairy) in a dynamic that has faint echoes of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. But will this show be too technical and nerdy to reach a mainstream audience?
