At my theater, we got someone coming out of “Frozen” asking for a refund before it even STARTED, because apparently there was a trailer that mocked or insulted the idea of having a family that didn’t consist of opposite-sex parents. I’d seen these people when they had come in, it was a couple of gay guys that had kids, and this would usually be one of those things where I’d be like “Can you believe this stupid shit?” the second the customer left, but damn it, they were just so calm and polite about it. I couldn’t…

Anyway, looking at what trailers were on the film, I couldn’t figure out which one was the offender. As far as this article is concerned, did the original story mention whether it was a digital print or if it was 35 mm? That should narrow down the list of suspects considerably.

Offer a free screening for all parents to the premiere of Nymphomaniac. Maybe even provide a lil something extra so the parents can afford baby-sitters for the night out.
