If you missed Robert Rodriguez’s Machete Kills in theatres last month (and there’s a pretty good chance you did), one of the few highlights of the movie was the fake trailer for a potential third film in the trilogy, Machete Kills Again… In Space. I say fake trailer because at this point we still don’t know if the movie will actually get made, and after the box office performance of Machete Kills, it’s looking even less likely. That’s somewhat unfortunate because this conclusion could redeem the series by simply taking Machete and dropping him in the middle of a bad Star Wars knock-off.
